In-house cutting, forming, and coating lines mean tighter tolerances and fewer supplier handoffs.

From Log to Body
Timber fabrication is the general term for turning raw sawn timber into finished boards, panels, and framing components. It involves drying, milling, cutting, and surface finishing. At DiBiBi, each stage is carefully controlled and adapted to the structural, durability, and production requirements of our wooden sheds, gazebos, and saunas.
Steel Materials for Outdoor Structures

Timber Specification
Our wooden storage line uses tongue-and-groove boards, kiln-dried to a controlled moisture content before milling. Wall and roof boards run 30-40 mm in thickness, with base and frame components pressure-impregnated for ground contact resistance. Rated service life depends on treatment class and finish — confirm figures with the factory before publishing.
Wood Treatment & Finish
After milling, boards go through pressure impregnation and a protective exterior coating that seals the surface against rot, insects, and UV fade. That protection is built to hold at the points other lines skip: tongue-and-groove joints, cut ends, and fastener holes.

Wood Fabrication Verification
Timber Sourcing
Species and grade verification, with an incoming moisture check on every batch before it reaches the mill.
Kiln-Drying
A controlled drying cycle that holds moisture content within a set range, so boards don’t warp, shrink, or split after installation.
Surface Protection
Pressure impregnation is applied before staining, putting rot and insect resistance inside the timber, not just on top of it.

Wood Process Test
| Quality Check | Description | Specification |
|---|---|---|
| Moisture Content Verification | Checked on incoming raw timber before any milling begins. | 100% of batches inspected |
| Kiln-Dried Moisture Range | Target moisture content after drying, before boards move to the mill. | 16–19% |
| Tongue & Groove Fit Tolerance | Maximum gap allowed between interlocking boards. | < 2 mm |
| Treatment Retention | Preservative uptake per cubic meter after pressure impregnation. | 4–6 kg/m³ |
| Snow Load Rating | Maximum static load capacity per square meter. | 75 kg/m² |
| Wind Load Rating | Maximum sustained wind speed the structure is designed to withstand. | 100 km/h |
What Wood Process Builds
In DiBiBi, timber fabrication supports our full range of outdoor wood structures, including sheds, gazebos, and saunas.
Wooden Shed
Tongue-and-groove panel bodies for tool and equipment storage, sized for standard residential and light-commercial yards.
- Single-door and double-door configurations
- Ships flat-pack, panel-to-panel assembly
- Pressure-treated base rails for ground contact

Gazebo
Post-and-beam frames for shaded outdoor living space, built from the same kiln-dried, treated timber components as the shed line.
- Open-sided and screened configurations
- Reinforced roof rafters rated for wider spans
- Anchor kit compatible with decking or paved bases
Sauna
Insulated cabin bodies built to hold heat and resist moisture cycling, using low-resin timber species selected for interior heat exposure.
- Insulated wall and roof panel construction
- Interior-grade timber for bench and cladding surfaces
- Ventilation and heater-mount points pre-fitted at the factory
