Channel Insights
The same shed does not suit every channel. E-commerce judges it on carton dimensions, whether it survives a parcel network, and whether it stops a scroll in the first three seconds. At thumbnail size a buyer reads silhouette, roof line and colour, and nothing else. A garden centre judges it on how it looks assembled on the forecourt. A DIY chain judges it on pallet economics and how many assembly calls it generates.

Industry Insights
Will a shed business succeed? Nobody can answer that from a catalogue. It takes industry research: who is buying, what they are allowed to sell, what materials cost, and where the category is heading in that particular market.

Market Reports
A market report is useful only if it can support a production decision. Before our engineers start structuring a new shed, DiBiBi runs market research to test whether the type is worth building. Most of that answer is national.

Product Trends
In outdoor storage, roof pitch, panel texture, door style and colour change. The need to keep a mower dry does not. Type is where the larger movement sits. A shed is big enough and flexible enough to become several different products: a garage, a greenhouse, a house-shaped unit with windows, a workshop with drainage, a spare room, or plain tool storage. Each type has its own trend and its own cycle, so deciding which to build next is a research question before it is a design question.
