(Jinhua, Zhejiang) — Following the completion and acceptance of the foundation engineering work, Zhejiang DiBiBi Technologies Co., Ltd. has officially entered the main structural construction phase for its Phase II factory. On-site, the foundation slab has been fully poured, materials like ring-lock scaffolding and column rebar are neatly stacked, and large-scale full-hall support scaffolding assembly is in full swing.

Prior to this phase, all foundational work—including earthwork excavation, subgrade leveling, foundation pouring, and pit backfilling—was completed in sequence. Specifically tailored to accommodate the company’s core line of patio and garden products, the new plant features a scientifically mapped modular production flow. It establishes dedicated, independent functional zones for raw material storage, processing and assembly, and finished product testing. This standardized spatial layout aligns with precision manufacturing standards to ensure consistent and controllable product quality.

As main construction progresses smoothly, the countdown to the new facility’s commissioning has begun. Once operational, the plant will significantly boost overall production capacity and order fulfillment capabilities, efficiently meeting the diverse procurement needs of global clients. Concurrently, the construction of on-site employee dormitories will enhance living amenities, reflecting humanistic care alongside operational expansion and laying a solid infrastructural foundation for the company’s long-term international growth.
