DiBiBi supplies retail-ready sheds and outdoor storage ranges to DIY chains, with seasonal capacity planning, DC-ready packaging, quality documentation and repeat supply.
A Retail Range Engineered Around Your Selling Season
Why Retail Chains Work with DiBiBi?
01
Planning starts with the on-shelf date.
DiBiBi works backwards from the required store date to establish sample approval, testing, artwork, material preparation, production, inspection, loading and shipping milestones. Responsibilities and approval points are recorded before mass production so the retailer can manage the programme against a schedule rather than an informal lead-time estimate.
02
Assortments are developed around the architecture
We review target customers, store formats, planogram constraints, price points and the role of each SKU. Resin sheds, metal sheds, storage cabinets, deck boxes and greenhouse products can be coordinated into opening, core and premium tiers. This helps the buyer create a coherent range while reducing unnecessary duplication.
03
Packaging is designed for the retail distribution journey.
Large outdoor storage products pass through ports, distribution centres, stores and customer vehicles. DiBiBi develops carton structure, internal protection, component organisation, labelling and pallet or container configuration alongside the product.
04
Vendor information is assembled before dispatch.
An integrated manufacturing base of approximately 100,000 m² in Zhejiang. Capacity is scheduled around confirmed programmes and seasonal delivery, helping customers secure defined manufacturing windows.
05
Range continuity is supported by integrated manufacturing.
Tooling, product development, plastics processing, metal fabrication, coating, assembly, packaging engineering and quality control are coordinated within DBB’s manufacturing system. Approved specifications and inspection standards are retained for repeat production, range extensions and planned revisions.
Case Story
Rebuilding a Seasonal Programme Around the Store Date
The challenge
The retailer’s previous programme had been managed primarily around the factory completion date. Product approvals, packaging confirmation and shipment booking were handled in sequence, leaving little contingency before the promotional window. Late changes to carton labels and pallet configuration created additional pressure at the distribution-centre stage.
DiBiBi solution
We rebuilt the programme backwards from the required DC receipt date. Product sampling and vendor documentation were run in parallel. Packaging specifications were reviewed against the retailer’s pallet, barcode and label-position requirements before production. Each SKU received an approval record covering the product, carton, manual and inspection criteria, while production and loading milestones were tracked through one programme schedule.
The result
The retailer gained a clearer critical path, earlier visibility of approval risks and a repeatable specification for future orders. Products arrived in the required retail configuration without relabelling at the distribution centre, and the approved programme provided a controlled basis for the following season.
One Factory Behind Every Specification
Scale in One Place
100,000 m² in Zhejiang, with engineering, tooling, production and quality all on one site.
One Connected
Engineering, moulding, fabrication, assembly and packaging in one system, so a specification moves through one process, not five suppliers.
Quality Control
Every shed leaves the line under a documented control chain, from inspection against drawing to a final QA sampling before stock-in.
Repeat Production
An approved drawing carries straight into repeat production, so quality, lead time and fit hold order after order.

We partner with retail buyers committed to a full season, not a test order:
category teams with a shelf plan to fill, a compliance file to close out, and volume that justifies a dedicated production slot. If your range needs a partner who can hit the same on-shelf date with the same quality next season and the one after, this is the conversation to start.
