Buyer case
U.S. Bulk Buyer Developed a More Reliable Metal Shed

Profile
The customer is a bulk distributor in the United States looking for a metal shed that works better than the gable-roof models already sold there. After seeing repeated complaints about corrosion, weak framing, and poor structural stability, the buyer wanted a more reliable design that could support long-term bulk sales.
Situation
The U.S. market was already full of gable-roof sheds. Adding one more of the same shape would leave the buyer with very little to say about the shed product, especially when so many of the sheds already on sale carried poor reviews for rust and weak structure.
What Johnny wanted something better built and easier to tell apart, but the first supplier he spoke with turned out to be a trading company that sold metal sheds without making them. That supplier could not help much with changes to the structure and used ordinary steel for the design it proposed. When the buyer tested the sample, it rusted quickly and did not meet what he was looking for.
DiBiBi Solution
While Johnny was still looking for a real factory that could develop products, he found DiBiBi on YouTube. He booked a factory audit and saw our equipment, our production lines, and the metal shed projects we had already finished, and it became clear that we could handle both the manufacturing and the engineering. He then contacted us to develop a stronger metal shed for bulk distribution in the U.S.
Customer Benefits
Direct contact with the project leader
Johnny spoke with our project leader from start to finish, so there was one clear person to collect his requirements, pass them to the engineers, and send technical feedback back to him without anything getting lost along the way.
A shed that stands out
Instead of putting another ordinary gable-roof shed into a crowded market, he ended up with a shed designed around the customers he actually sells to, which gave him a clear reason for buyers to choose his product over the standard ones.
Better durability and a stronger structure
Galvanized steel helped the shed stand up to damp weather and rust, and the improved cold-formed steel frame carried loads through the structure more effectively. Johnny also received full engineering drawings and went through five rounds of design review, so he knew exactly what he was buying before production started.
Less risk when buying in bulk
Working with the factory directly, keeping a record of every design change, controlling which materials were used, and testing in the fabrication process. removed much of the guesswork from a large order: he received a shed built for repeat production rather than something taken off the shelf.
