Profile
A garden centre owner who buys aluminium greenhouses in bulk and resells them to home gardeners. Their customers usually assemble the modular greenhouse themselves 2-3 days, so a single missing screw can stop the whole job.
Situation
The greenhouse packages had already reached the shop floor and gone out to buyers when the partner started hearing the same complaint from several customers: some units were missing specific screws, and a few were missing decorative components as well. Buyers had cleared space in the garden and set aside a weekend to build, and now they were waiting. The partner needed the parts fast, because every day the boxes sat unfinished was a day their own customer relationships were under strain.
DiBiBi Solution
We began by pinning down exactly what was missing rather than guessing. The partner sent us the affected model numbers, the quantities involved and photographs of the incomplete packs, and our team matched these against the part numbers in the assembly manual so there was no doubt about which screws and which decorative pieces were needed.

At the same time we pulled the packing records and the pre shipment validation photos for that production batch, which let us trace where the omission happened instead of simply replacing the parts and moving on. Once the cause was clear, we prepared the correct screws and decorative components and shipped them to the partner within 3-5 working days, sending the tracking number the same day so they could tell their customers when to expect delivery. We sent a small surplus of each part as well, so the partner had spares on the shelf if another unit turned up short.
We then reviewed the packing procedure for that model. The step where the small hardware bags are counted now has a second check before the carton is sealed, and the pre shipment photo record was extended to cover the decorative parts, so the same omission is far less likely to reach a customer again.
Customer Benefits
The replacement parts arrived while the affected customers were still waiting to build, and every unit was completed without a return or a refund. The partner kept the sale, kept the customer, and told us the speed of the response was what made the difference: their buyers remembered that the problem was fixed, not that it happened.
